Lindsay has a delicate touch of a refined chef who is willing to fire things up with strong flavours and attitude to match. A bit more drama and theatrics on the plate is his style – he believes that cooking is for all of the senses and it needs to look, smell and taste just right for the dish to come together.
Lee is passionate about making food for everyone. He is a matter-of-fact individual who is keen to take the best dishes from around the world and re-create them for everyday people who love food and flavours. Lee is all about making people happy, letting them enjoy their meal and making sure there is exceptional value on every plate that they will tell their friends about. No mince or minced words from Lee - perfect, polished but honest and real.
